At Cotswold BMW Motorrad, we want you to be completely satisfied with your riding gear and apparel. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original BMW Motorrad packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
